I request the Foundation to distribute this bequest as follows: 25% (Twenty-five Percent) to the United Methodist Committee on Relief, for use where most needed. 25% (Twenty-five Percent) to St. Norbert College of De Pere, Wisconsin. 20% (Twenty Percent) to the Wisconsin Conference Board of Global Ministries for mission projects both in Wisconsin and around the world. I defer to the current missional priorities at the time rather than name specific ministies in advance; my preference is that about half of the amount be to allocated to Wisconsin programs. 10% (Ten Percent) for the benefit of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 10% (Ten Percent) for the benefit of the West Side Moravian Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 5% (Five Percent) to the grants program of the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation for the purpose of providing for new and creative ministries. 2.5% (Two and one-half Percent) for programs for people in Brown County, Wisconsin, provided through the Salvation Army of Brown County, Inc. WUMF - November 12, 2012 - page 2 2.5% (Two and one-half Percent) for programs for people in Brown County, Wisconsin, provided through the Lakeland Chapter of the American Red Cross. In the event any above specifically named charitable funds or causes ceases to exist or to be qualified to receive this charitable bequest, I direct the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation to determine other appropriate programs or causes which closely match my initial selections for distributions from this bequest.
